Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. For eligible (non-custom) items, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 14 days in original condition and packaging. 35% recycling fee + $20 original shipping are deducted. Returned items are recycled, not resold. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
